The NAPDS Antiracism Committee is hosting a Hybrid Pre Conference Antiracism Summit on February 9, 2022. The theme this year is “One Bridge at a Time: Navigating Antiracism in the Nine Essentials.”
The summit will have a dynamic panel of award-winning educators and scholars who are centering antiracism work within schools and university partnerships/professional development schools. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the panelists in a variety of formats, including intimate break-out rooms/groups, Q & A, and whole group discussion.
Attendees will walk away with ideas and an opportunity to center or recenter antiracism within their current partnerships. Those who attend the summit will be invited to virtual follow-up sessions where they will be joined by members of the antiracism committee to help support them as they either recenter or center antiracism within their partnership/PDS work.
