In accordance with our newly ratified by-laws, the National Association of Professional Development Schools is seeking a Chairperson to formulate and lead the initiatives and activities of an inaugural Anti-Racism Committee, which shall:
…articulate the values of diversity in all its dimensions including but not limited to race, gender, gender identity, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, physical abilities, and others. The committee works towards equity, inclusion, and social justice and develops goals and initiatives which embrace an organizational culture that is strengthened by multiple perspectives. (NAPDS By-Laws 4.3.2.7)
